Kate Wesson is a freelance professional food stylist with over ten years experience and an obsessive passion for beautiful food. Kate’s love of all things culinary began in the lake district where she was born. Her earliest memories are climbing up rickety old ladders to retrieve damsons from the orchard and watching her mum whip up pickles, jams and hearty crumbles!
2. Food Stylist Aya Nishimura
Aya Nishimura is a Japanese-born Food Stylist/Home Economist. Her approach to presentation is modern and natural, but also with a great attention to detail, she is a fully qualified chef and has been working for top London restaurants and catering companies fro many years.
3. Food Stylist Jennifer Joyce
Jennifer Joyce is a London-based food stylist that aims to create mouth watering dishes and bring them to life in photographs. She has been writing recipes and styling food for some of UK’s top magazines i.e. M&S Magazine, Tesco Real food, UKTV, New Woman, The Telegraph newspaper and Elle Decoration. She has written nice cookbooks and collectively sold over 200.000 copies in UK, North America, Australia and Europe. She also teaches weekly cooking courses at Divertimenti and Leith’s in London, if any of you fancy going down this career path.
4. Food Stylist Joss Herd
Joss Herd is another London-based food stylist that has been styling for just over 10 years. Before she took on the freelancer career she worked with a professional chef and receive tester. She has worked on many magazines, styling and writing her own recipe that features in EVE Magazine and regularly contributing to Waitress Seasons. She has food styled for many books more recently including The Market Kitchen, a Harper Collins publications.
5. Food Stylist Katie Marshall
Katie Marshall is a 25 year old London-based food stylist and cookery writer, with a diploma from Leiths School of Food and Wine, and styling all kinds of foodie projects. Previously the Editorial Assistant at Waitrose Kitchen, she left her desk job to pursue a cookery diploma with the hope of ending up back in the food magazine world with a little more training under her belt.
